Hi everyone. Please help me. The seller is telling me this item arrived in Australia. But on the tracking the last status says departure from outward office of exchange for over one month. I need this item for My business. Australia Post are telling me this item has not even arrived in Australia. Please help me find it.

the parcel should be stuck in Shanghai for unknown reason. Maybe it was rejected,lost or simply delayed. You can open dispute to seller and claim refund.

So is there no way you can track this package at all? Are you sure it is still in China? Why does this happen?

China Post database shows the parcel is in Shanghai. However, it is very common that the parcel has arrived Australia Customs and the status has not been updated.

Australia customs has no duty to help China Post to update the status, they don't even tell China Post whether the parcel has arrived Australia or not.

Sometimes the slow customs clearance in Australia might cause the location seems to be in China for long time. and thus you can never know the real location of the parcel.
