Hi,

RL081374924CN

Hasn't moved for 2 weeks.
Most recent entry: "已封发"
Translation says:
"Has sent letters"

Australia Post says they haven't received dispatch details.

Can anyone give me some accurate info as to what is happening?

you can not track china post parcel in Australian post website. RL081374924CN was shipped on April 10. Normally you should get the parcel between April 25 to May 10.

this is not from the website, but from the customer service who can see all the details needed to be able to say the parcel has not left China yet as they have not received dispatch details..

but the translation says it has been sent... so I wanted clarification as to whether it had left China or not. Are you able to provide that info?

No. I don't believe anyone in this planet knows the exact parcel leaving date. China Post does not scan the parcel when parcel goes to aeroplane, anyone who tell you the leaving date must be lying.

ok, good to know.

Though I think in most other countries every parcel is scanned when it leaves.
