It has been 12 days since the last update, can someone tell me whats happening to the package, it would be much appreciated.

it is normal. no need worry. parcel status will not change after it left china. You need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the goods.

2. I have no indication for now that your parcel departed China. The parcels are probably awaiting space on an Aircraft to depart for UK.
