Can anyone help me for this case? My parcel tracking number shows no progress since Nov 18, 2016! It's been sent from China to my address in Australia.
Australia Post informed me that the parcel is still in China and I need to call 11185, but the China Post web site says the language is only Mandarin!
The seller is saying that it's still on the way!

1. Just contact seller and tell him by the end of the days Tuesday, if you can not track your parcel on the Australia Post or receive the parcel you are going to open a dispute for non reception of parcel.

2. Your parcel was mail on the 08 Nov and on 20 Dec it will be 6 weeks, that is to long for your parcel.

Hi:
Can someone help me? I have bought 2 items from ebay and the items were shipped on 21/11/2016. Tracking number is LX220972270CN via China EMS.
The site states it is leaving Guangzhou to Singapore since 27/11/2016. Up to now (19/12/2016), there is still no update and still in transit.
I have checked my local post office, the articles have not reached Singapore. I have tried contacting China EMS several times but each time the network is busy. Given up hope contacting them.
Can anyone help please? China and Singapore is not across continent and it is more than 3 weeks in transit. Is my parcel lost?

1. In normal condition parcel to Singapore can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. But unfortunately we are not in normal condition right now (Holiday Season) and parcel are taking extra time to get to country outside China.

2. Have you contact the seller to ask him to call China Post EMS to find out about your parcel!

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Singapore Post site. I also think that Singapore Post must be very busy also to scan parcels arriving in your country. So maybe they did not get to your parcel so far.

1. It's normal they have not scan your parcel yet from China. If they don't scan your parcel there is no tracking info about your parcel.
