It was suppose to be coming from china to australia. It arrived in australia on 16th then delivered to china on 24th. Aftership app on my phone shows it arrived at parcel centre in china on 20th and same day sent to guangdong. Please help me as it's taken 48 days and now I lost a package since it is CNY

2. Your parcel was refuse entry in Australia for whatever reason and was sent back to China. In China the parcel was sent back to the sender of the parcel.

So you're saying the seller has now got my package back in his hands? i don't see this being a customs issue because they would of destroyed it and not sent it back. This really is strange. It's even worse timing since it is Chinese new Year and the seller has gone on holiday until feb 5. hopefully seller will be kind and help me early
