Order departed Shanghai 2 weeks ago http://prntscr.com/77ki0f but has not arrived in Sydney. Can I have more information?

I've ordered this same order many times, it has never taken this long.

normally CPxxxxxxCN parcel goes through sea and is very very slow. You should ask seller ship the goods wit RxxxxxxxxCN tracking number.
