Hi

Today I received 1 of 2 items that I have purchased from an online seller based in china. The order was placed on the 09/01/2018, I did not receive any confirmation of order, a dispatch email or a receipt of payment.
LX100369460CN is the article number that was found on the parcel.

This item that was delivered is not the item I ordered. I am expecting a 2nd order but because I never received a consignment number I am unable to provide an article number to track.

Is it possible to see if there is a consignment number attached to this article. I would like to know if there is another article I can expect, or if the seller has completely scammed me.

The only way to know what parcels the seller has sent you is by them giving you the tracking numbers. If you got the wrong item, you should open a dispute with the seller so you can get your money back.

Thank you shadowspar for your reply, unfortunately I have sent 7 emails that have not been replied to. the first red flag that I ignored was this seller did not accept paypal or have a contact number I could ring.

to everyone who reads this, only use paypal for your online purchases because it provides you with buyers protection in cases like mine where the seller ignores your messages and the items that are sent are wrong.
