Can you please find out my parcel RC463934155CN where is. From two months ago been received by china post, destination to Australia and no details of sending the parcel yet not even in Australian post has received for delivery. Can any one good person in China post investigate to find out where my parcel and send me an answer; Please I'm desperate to know, it is a present to my little son for his birthday.

the parcel might be either lost or rejected by airline(if it has battery). if your buyer protection deadline has not expired, please open dispute and claim refund from seller.

It is a tablet pc and the battery is build in. I don't thing been reject it, because i had a mobil order after that by china post with a battery inside and i got it. How i can find out. I ask the Australia post they said looking arrived in Sydney at 22 of April that what the site say but no farther details of delivery. They told me to investigate with China post. Can you please help if China post have an idea about it. thank you

Battery item will be rejected if it was detected by officer. If you have no other choice and want try your luck, you can keep waiting.
