Hi I bought items from aliexpress and order was shipped from China. Last information it was in Curtiba Brazil. Can you help please. Tracking number RI667800375CN. Almost a month now. I have bought a lot of things and never had this problem.

You...are in an interesting situation. Two items have been sent with the same tracking number, which is rare but can happen by mistake. Your item is not in Brazil, but its counterpart with the same item number is. Have a look:

The bad news is that, like you said, your item is pretty delayed, and I presume from this that it might be lost. Your item left China on 14-Oct, and to get to NZ usually takes no more than 15 days. I'd be inclined to give it another two weeks or so, but if it hasn't shown up after that, you may have to open a dispute for non-receipt.
