Please help! This package has been at the airport for over 2 weeks now. I need it for a trip overseas and I leave very soon.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL399221105CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post beijing office to Australia on jun 12.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in beijing ,China or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
