Tracking number:

RS025014080CN

I have purchased the items from a US company which sent the products to me from China to Australia on 18th April. I can see it has been out of China on 20th April but I have not heard from it ever since. When I talked to Auspost and showed them the tracking number above they said they never received it. Talked to the seller but eventually they referred me to here. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Really need help to check the whereabouts of my items...

1. Is it possible that the parcel arrive in Australia and is still in the hands of the Customs Office. Do you know if Australia Post scan a parcel before it goes to Customs Office or only after it has pass the Customs Office?

2. The seller must start an investigation through China Post, you as the recipient can not do that. You can not even have Australia Post to start an investigation on your parcel.

3. Everything is resting in the hands of the seller.

Hi,

Thanks for the prompt reply!

I do not think Australian Post can get their hands on the item before custom does.

I do not seem to find the global tracking facility for Australia (but there is one for New Zealand! We are that close!) by any chance I been missing it??

I checked online at Auspost with the same tracking number but also got nothing. :(

If the seller need to investigate this, do they need more info than just the tracking number?

Appreciate your prompt assistance.

1. If seller ask China Post to investigate it might take 2 months to get the answer. But the seller can ask China Post Hot Line: 11185, what happen to the parcel!

2. I don't know if you still have buyer protection for the parcel, maybe you could ask for your money back also.

3. If you do contact seller give him this full tracking:
