Hi China Group Post - thanks for creating an avenue to discussions.
I have a Radio that is being sent from China to NZ . I purchased it on Ebay .
The tracking shows only 2 entries and nothing since . - does this mean It has dissapeared ?
I am also unsure why it was posted using the CN ticket when the sale stated UPS !
Is there any hope now that this package can be tracked and recovered . Alot of money at stake here.
Tracking number that was given to me when payment was made.
CP240080299CN

CP240080299CN is surface parcel which is very slow. it might take a couple of month to reach NZ and difficult to predict exact arrival time. Also make sure there is no battery in the radio, otherwise it will be rejected.

Oh NO - I think the radio ( by design ) might have a Lithium battery for memory of preset stations inside . The seller said something about replacing it in the sale !!! - He has not said anything about this to me in correspondence . where will the rejected radio go ? 260 USD + 95 USD shipping was paid !!!

you can open dispute if you can not get the parcel in 30 days. seller should not ship the goods with china post surface mail.

Whats with the tracking !!! - What a waste of time and credibility ! - my paid for shipment has dissappeared off the radar . What is the actual point of the tracking - could be total hoax for I know . Seller is in China ..his rating is ok , he say " not worry " ... well I wouldnt worry if the tracking actually showed me something useful !
