Hi, I'm wondering whether my package is out of China? And would I be able to track my order outside of China?

My tracking number is RS103734286CN

If I can't track my order outside of China would you please tell how am I suppose to know it has been handed to my local post office?

Also, what does this mean?

3. If you can not track your parcel when it arrive in Australia, it's because Australian Post decided that China Post was not given money to do so. A lot of country in the World are doing that now.

1. RS103734286CN CHINA AUSTRALIA On route mean it is ready to be ship out of China has pass all Security and Customs check.

2. But like to advise you that lately there has been some Close Security check at the GUANGZHOU Airport and parcel were going in a loop because of that.

3. Just keep tracking your parcel for any more tracking, if you don't see any within 10 days that would be a good sign that the parcel made it out of China for your country.

1. One month ago I would have said to you this:
2016-07-03 11:43
Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly

Because of the above tracking your parcel has left China for your country Australia.

2. Because lately their has been some problem (Closer Security check on parcel) in GUANGZHOU Airport we recommend to track your parcel and if you don't see any activity for the next 10 days. Then we are almost sure the parcel departed China.
