Received parcel which states on delivery docket 2 items that I ordered were in ePacket but on opening, only 1 item inside. Have contacted seller but no help. Was advised to contact you guys. What happens now?

Obviously your seller is a cheater, he only shipped one item to cheat your money which is for two items.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress whichever you sent payment to and claim refund.
