I would like to know where my parcel is, as it has been saying "China Post has not received parcel." The tracking number is RI123862222CN. It has been saying that for 2 weeks now

your seller did not ship your order. contact seller and ask for real shipment information which can be trackable in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. If he can not give you trackable information, then open dispute and claim refund from paypal.
