Hi I purchased my product from Aliexpress on 7th November 2015.

I messeged the seller on 9th November and asked him to verify this tracking code.
He replied "check it today". So I did, but still there's no updates.

My tracking code is : RI660381356CN

Can someone please advise me if my product is on the way?

Still nothing; China Post hasn't received a parcel with this tracking number yet.

Once the item is mailed, it should show up in tracking within 48 hours. Our usual advice is to wait one week, and if it hasn't appeared in the tracking system yet, open a dispute.

Ok, at this stage can you tell if it's a fake tracking id?

hi olunteer, i opened a dispute after, 1-2days i got this notification ( THE SELLER HAS ACCEPTED YOUR PROPOSAL AND YOUR DISPUTE IS SETTLED) and up till now i still have not received my refund please help.

It takes a few days for the amount to show up in your bank account. I paid the seller on 7th November and in my online banking account it showed up on 10th November...

Wait for another 2 days and if the amount doesn't show up in your account you should get in touch with Aliexpress.
