Hi, I've ordered an item from China over a month ago, and it has been stuck in Departure from Outward Office of Exchange for more than 4 weeks, since 8th August 2014. Please let me know what's happened to it?

the parcel seems to have some problem to pass customs scan. you'd better open a dispute and claim refund.
