Post Help Needed Incorrect Address on my Parcel

Purchased Item thru online store somehow they had placed the incorrect address on my parcel.....how do I correct tried calling them no assistance at all my Tracking Number RK384123353CN

Unfortunately you can not change address after the parcel is shipped. The parcel will be delivered to the wrong address. If this is the seller's fault, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for compensation.

Is there anyway of finding out who the delivery company is in New Zealand that China Post would use.

China Post parcel is delivered by New Zealand Post.
