I sent a parcel from Australia to China and the tracking says it has been at customs for two weeks now. All the items were vitamins and skincare products. Is there any problems with the parcel? Tracking number ES943353185AU

Hello, maybe what you've sent enters in the restricted items ? (liquids, powders, ...)

1. May I suggest you read this:

China Post Forbidden Item List

Maybe they think the Vitamins are drug!!

2. You could ask recipient to call China Post Hot Line: 11185 to find out what is the problem with the parcel. Why are they holding it at the Guangzhou Customs Office.

3. You could also ask Australia Post for an inquiry on the parcel to China Post.
