Hi, Where does the parcel go after is a customs cleared and does it take over 15 days to get onto the plane?

1. Last tracking I could find is this:

3. Unfortunately China Post does not put flight number to parcel, the only thing visible is On Route or In Transit meaning it's on it way to you.

4. For your country it can take at least 3 weeks for a parcel to get there. I just scan your parcel on New Zealand post and this is what I get:
This product is not a tracked service, but may receive a delivery scan.

5. If you worry that your parcel is lost, then contact your seller and tell him.
