Hi,
I have a parcel (RH347164107CN) stayed "In Transit" for nearly 10 days by now, it left Shanghai on 17/10. Just wondering how long does it usually takes for a delivery and when should I start calling up AusPost for a status update?

You can call AusPost, they will tell you if the parcel has arrived Australia or not. Based on my experience, parcel from China will travel about 2 to 3 weeks before arriving your country.
