Post EMS to China, no updates.

Hi I sent an item to China via Australia post EMS. Tracking number EQ027527970AU.

There has been no updatess since the 30th of December. The receiver in China has not gotten the items. Can you help me plead. What has happened to my items? Where are they.

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php shows the parcel arrived Hangzhou on Dec 31. It should have some delivery problem. You should ask receiver call EMS hot line 11183 and pickup the parcel.
