Post EMS Parcels?

Do you also deal with EMS China parcels? I am having issues with a parcel showing no tracking at all since sent on 22nd February. This to me would indicate that the parcel was never lodged at a postal centre, but the sender claims that it is due to the fact that the parcel rejected via Customs and they are awaiting its return. Both EMS China and Australia Post tracking show no lodgement or tracking details at all, and EMS China's website only allows for contact registration by Chinese nationals so I feel helpless to do anything at the moment.
The tracking number I have been given is EA013764758CN

You are scammed! EA013764758CN is a fake number. It has never been sent to China Post EMS department. You should open a dispute with paypal or aliexpress and claim refund immediately.

I was suspecting as much. Thank you very kindly! I'm fairly upset about this as I have had several successful orders with this seller before with no problems and actually have other orders I am waiting on from them. I was hoping to give them the benefit of the doubt but sad to see they have done this.
