Hi,

I have ordered two parcels on 10-11-2015, one going to indonesia and other going to australia:

RF120698734CN (on aliexpress it is showing that this parcel has departure from warehouse but here it is showing electronic data received )

RF121000936CN (electronic data received)

Are they fake? should I open dispute?

"electronic data received" means seller has applied a tracking number from china post with software, but not actually shipped the goods yet. many seller in aliexpress delay shipment for one or two weeks. If you buyer protection is not expiring, wait one or two weeks and track again, normally they will ship the goods then. If after the 2 weeks and the status still shows nothing other than "electronic data received", you have to open dispute to aliexpress.

If it is not shipped yet then why aliexpress showing following tracking info?

if seller tells aliexpress he has shipped the order, aliexpress will show above information to you, no matter the parcel is actually shipped or not.

And are they ems tracking numbers? I paid for ems but they don't look like an ems tracking numbers.

Nope, those are Registered Air Mail, not EMS. EMS numbers start with "E" instead of "R.

Post Showing Electronic Information Received For 6 Days Already

Hello int077,
I have a parcel going to Singapore
Tracking Number: RF468357105CN
It only shows electronic information has been received for so long 6 days and till today not a single update. I have contacted the seller and he said he had shipped out and china post takes a long time to update theur tracking status but like i said till now no update. I have checked on cainiao.com and it says waiting for pickup since 9/12 . Does it usually take this lomg and when they say "waiting for pickup" is the package still with the seller or its at the post office waiting for pickup. Thanks and should i open a Aliexpress dispute or not. 😀

your seller did not ship the goods yet. wait one more week and track again. If still same result, open dispute to seller against fraud shipment.
