I'm having trouble figuring out where my parcel is at the moment. According to the tracking information, the last update is from April 18th and it says that the item was dispatched from Shanghai's Sorting Center.
Does it mean it is still in China?
I tried to call them but I'm getting a "this number is not available or is invalid" message when I dial the following numbers:
I tried with both Spark and Vodafone numbers. Is anybody else having the same issue?
Of course I contacted NZ Post but they have no other info and they pointed out that it is China's Post Office responsibility to track the item until its arrival in NZ is confirmed, which makes a lot of sense.
I understand the delay, but I would like at least to have some certainty of where the parcel is.
