Just a little advise to those sending or receiving items from China.

I've been waiting for some documents from China since April 17th which just arrived in NZ (it hasn't been delivered to my address yet though).

I asked the people I know in China to re-send a copy of the documents by DHL and it's been delivered to my address less than a week later.

You might want to try DHL instead next time.

DHL is much faster than EMS at this virus season because DHL has their own cargo flight, however it also much expensive (DHL price doubled in the past 2 months).
