Post Delivery attempted but failed!

I have got this Tracking number from China-Post and while checking the site it says that the delivery was attempted to the address but failed. The tracking number is LK943368556AU

No other information is received. It is been 40 days now and still the same status.

1. Last tracking I found is this translated:
2016-08-09 10:49, "Delivery Hung Lai" is posted,
another is giving Hongli

2. The recipient of the parcel should go to the post station to pickup the parcel or call China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out where exactly is the parcel. Maybe they can arrange for delivery.

3. When you contact recipient please mention the tracking you got and mine as a translated one so they understand that the parcel is at a China Post Office.

4. I also found this on one of my previous answer:
Shenzhen Post Hongli Branch
Add: No. 1098, Hongli Road, Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong

Time: 8: 00---18: 00
