Hi my item was moved to the customs-controlled warehouse AFTER export security scan and not moved ever since. The item code is RG033676933CN. Is there everything fine?

Hi the same item but showing export customs scan for 10days now w/o updating. Same tracking number on intmail.183.com.cn showing departure from outwards office of exchange on the same day and on nz post tracking showing also left origin country. Could you please confirm with me which one is correct and why is that the item is not moving for such a long time? There is no battery or anything illegal in it. And it is just a cheap oximeter which not expensive to be hard to clear customs. Cheers.

oximeter should have battery inside, your product might be rejected.

I have specifically asked the seller about the battery and that's the reason i am so confident when I ask you the question that I said NO BATTERY.
