Could you please advise me of the status of item RQ046198865AU.

This parcel was sent from Australia to China via registered mail but has been held at China customs since 10 October. The recipient has not heard anything about it. Could you please advise what is going on?

RQ046198865AU arrived Macao on Oct 10. You should ask receiver contact Macao Post and pickup the parcel.
