My tracking number is LX201995233CN

Shows my package arrived in Australia 6 days ago but I haven't got it. Is this normal and how long do you think it could take?

1. The only tracking I could find is this:
Number: LX201995233CN
Package Status: In Transit

Destination Country: Australia
2016-10-24 23:29 CN-510321, CHINA, Received by overseas carrier

Origin Country: China
2016-10-24 23:29 Guangzhou, Guangzhou postal EMS the company's international business branch has been received (embrace cast member name: international spot LAN, Tel: 13710855808)
Powered by http://www.track-chinapost.com

2. Your parcel so far has not move an inch from China. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible so he can call China Post EMS to find out what is happening with your parcel.

3. All the tracking above is only indication that China Post EMS has receive your parcel.

Hope this help.

The seller said they are just being slow maybe because it's near Christmas and it's still waiting for an airplane to Australia. I just asked if he will call epacket company to ask them when it will leave China and he will do that soon.

1. I know for a fact that Guangzhou and Shanghai are 2 places that there is a backlog of parcels to send overseas. This is because parcel coming from those 2 places are not arriving like they should to the destination.

2. This backlog was created by the China National holiday that was from 1 - 8 Oct. Almost no movement of parcels during that time was observe. Then on the 9 Oct the chaos started for the mail to restart.

3. Also possible that the Guangzhou postal EMS has misplace your parcel or were told not to send it to the Airport because of the backlog.

Hope this help.

So because nothing was sent from 1-8 oct you think maybe they have too many packages to send and need to wait until there's enough room on a plane for mine?

1. It could be that or your parcel was misplace. There is no extra flight out of China for the mail. Same flights as before, that did not change.

Hope this help.

Chinese couriers keep delivering during National Day holiday as usual!

From what I understand reading that is the post offices will still be sending mail but there may be slight delays. My package still hasn't moved and it has been a month since the holiday and 15 days since the post office got my package

1. If by 28 Nov you don't see any movement just open a dispute to get your money back.

Hope this help.

I have a new update on my tracking:

2016-11-10 04:05
广州市, 离开广州市 发往纽约肯尼迪机场(经转)

2016-11-10 04:05
Guangzhou, leaving Guangzhou to Kennedy Airport New York (transit)

Do you know why it could be sent to New York?
