Post Cant find my parcel please help!

Hi I ordered something off Aliexpress and the tracking number is RK108484775CN it arrived in my country New Zealand on the 17th of November and it hasn't arrived or have any info or tracking since then. When I emailed my local post office they said i have to talk to you about it.

It is very strange, RK108484775CN is now in the hand of New Zealand Post , why do they ask you contact China? You should contact New Zealand and pickup the parcel.
