Hi, no updates since 18th Dec. Where is parcel please?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 18. It is still waiting for flight space to NZ. waiting time to NZ can take 5 to 10 weeks.

give you an example, LE751984886CN , which was sent to airline on Nov 14 , just arrived NZ on Jan 14.

So you will get your parcel in February.
