those are china post regular airmail, you can not track them in South Africa post system. only register mail (format "R*****CN") can be tracked.

wtf,

i still not recievied my parcel,

ordered on 10th may 2015,

which comes india by yanwen post on 31st may,
after onwards no update of package or any other.
today is 3rd july.

any update then please reply.

More & more aliexpress sellers cheat on shipping method. They all promise to send by China Post registered mail, but it ends up with untrackable & questionable method of shipping. I have just ordered from another seller who sent me thru Yanwen. For me, enough is enough. This is the last time I ordered from Aliexpress.

While Aliexpress guarantees delivery, money return, etc, but it fails to give sanctions to the sellers if they don't ship by the agreed method of shipment. This is why more & more sellers use this "hole" to "play" with the buyers. I hate it. Unless Aliexpress starts forcing the sellers to respect the agreed shipping method & give sanctions otherwise, then for me , my business with them is over.

Aliexpress should provide guarantee that the agreed shipping method is also respected.

i contacted the online help center out of frustration and this was their response:

To tell the truth, Your advice is useful. We are considering improving our function. I will mark it and transfer to our higher support so that we will consider improving this function in future. Thanks for your understanding.
We have noticed the problem for a long time, and we will put forward some new policy soon
And I think you may see the new ways of tracking about protect buyer's right soon
I think it is quite soon, the new policy will work in this month. :)

i hope what he said is true and they think of a solution for this madness!

I need help with this Tracking YC731848793YW, last status says "Salvador Arrive at Salvador Airport-(Yanwen's Track End)".

I still haven't received it and no updates since 2015-07-02 00:00.

Just to let you know, my package according to Yanwen was handled by airline, flight number MH371, which was declared as retired from the Malaysia Airlines’ Kuala Lumpur-Beijing-Kuala Lumpur route since March 14, 2014.

Well, it seems my package was sent by the seller with a ghost flight.
Yeah right, I'm sure the postman who will deliver to my address is also a poltergeist.

Hi team,
I'm having the same issue. I was notified with two tracking codes of Yanwen's delivery service to my country (chile), from China through China Post Air Mail.
One tracking code (11175982614 ) informs since June 4th 2015 it arrived to Chile and the status is "Yanwen's track end". At the moment, I haven´t received the package.
The second code (11222366848), same shipping method, informs the same status since June 6th 2015.
The issus is that this tracking codes aren´t internationally valid, so I cannot track them trough my local post office, they do not recongize this codes (should be XX123456789XX to be valid).
Please, how could I get my bought items? I've already paid for them, but until today (July 22nd 2015)I have not received anything, and the tracking codes are "ended" in Yanwen's tracking page.
How could I know where are my products?
Important for you to know that both items was handled by airline under same flight number Flight No. LH721).
Let my know if you need more information to proceed with this investigation, so I could know a way to receive my items ASAP
