Post Wrong track number. Need help

Hi
I got this track number from the aliexpress seller RS117647247NL but I am almost 100% sure that the track number is wrong. I tried to talk with seller but he always tell me that the China Post is slow. After more than 3 weeks waiting and tried to check where is my parcel the website shtml doesn't show me anything only unable to track! Parcel was sent on 16th May 2014. Thanks for helping me 😀

RS117647247NL is not China Post tracking number. It is Netherlands Post tracking number. You should got to Netherlands post website to track it. If you can not track it on Netherlands Post website, then you should open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund.
