Hi,

I need your help. I noticed that the name provided by the shipper is my email address which is not my actual name. My tracking number is RH048171273CN.

Summary as follow:

Shipped To:

we_are_open
5/F Cards IT - Menara Maybank
100 Jalan Tun Perak
Kuala Lumpur, 50050
MY

Name should be: Erwin Sison Yasana and not we_are_open. The seler used my personal email as the name in the package. How can I correct this?

You can not change the name after the parcel was shipped. However, if the address is correct, it is should be delivered even the name is wrong.
