Post Why my tracking number not update?

my tracking number is RA275722886CN
it was only plush toy
status is "Export Customs Scan" since 25 May
now 31 May it not have any update
what going on? I think it was sent to airline within 2-3 day after customs scan
but now 6 days passed
this is normal or not? check for me please :)

If your parcel has no battery inside, it should be no problem. status not changing within 3 weeks are normal.
