Post why my parcel is in there?

Hi,

My parcel from Russia to Japan, which is in China by something mistake.

I call to Japan post to help me but they said we cant.
Because only sender can change shipping address.

I asked sender to help me but they dont work correctly.
How can I solve this problem? Need your help.

Trucking number is CA035352277RU.

CA035352277RU failed delivery. you should urgently ask receiver call china post phone number 11185 and pickup the parcel before it is returned to Russia.
