I ordered a camera bag from china to indonesia. I want to ask my shipment number RK213056499CN because it never shows any update since 15 May.

Normally repeating status in customs scan means the parcel can not pass customs check. Open dispute and claim refund.

Can you tell me what is the meaning of "Exchange Bureau, Suzhou has been sent"? Because i have an update from my parcel:

The longest arrv days from china to Indonesia is 22 days.My parcel sent on 11 April.So what happen with my parcel?

it might be rejected or lost in customs. open dispute asap.
