I bought something online from US, it was shipped out April 10th, USPS tracking says its still in transit.

Tracking Number: LJ686701959US
April 11, 2015 , 7:40 am
Arrived at USPS Origin Facility
JAMAICA, NY 11430
Your item arrived at our USPS origin facility in JAMAICA, NY 11430 on April 11, 2015 at 7:40 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

I have tried to contact them, and my supplier says i have to contact someone on my side to see if its stuck in customs or somethng. please help????

LJ686701959US is USPS first class parcel. China Post does not scan and update status for such kind parcel. You can not know delivery status, not even know if it has arrived China.
