I but some goods from china seller.he give me this track number but after 2 month i dont recive them

RI076880335CN should be lost. you need contact seller for refund.

seller said he sent and its non of his businses.
china post cant do any thing for me?i lose my money :(

i believe you are too late to do anything. you should open a dispute to paypal 2 months ago when buyer protection was still valid.
