HI, can you pls help me out here the last status for my order RA301383826CN was on on November, 8, 2013 saying "sent to airline"/"exports total package seal seal straight hair, Urumqi International, Kazakhstan". its been more than 120 days now and i've no idea where it is! Is it lost or in Urumqi or Kazakhstan? please update. Awaiting your reply. thanks.
