Post what we can do if didnt recive parcel

this is my tracking num RH186489422CN
i just want to know according to tracking num parecel Departure Import customs KARACHI IMOL on 14 May but i didnt recive yet
my question is what we can do if we didnt recive parcel should i contact to Pakistan post or there is option other then open dispute ?

you should contact Pakistan Post. If Pakistan Post can not find the parcel, open dispute.

I think they have sent to you! did you putted write shipping address?

MY tracking id is RH192316559CN, its been around 30 days and i dont see any change in the status of the goods and i still have not recivied these goods as well, please tell me whats the udpate and when will i get my package

exactly i putted right shipping address even i recived 1 shipment 2 days ago with the same adress

i cant say, the seller says he did put the shipping address, so i guess it has the adress

RH192316559CN seems to be delayed in Beijing customs. You might need one or two more weeks to get the parcel.
