Few days back I was given this tracking number by my Ali Express seller-RB478069829CN

Now when I track it,it shows something like this:

Success find: 1 items!

item No. Year Status Location Destination Country Date
RB478069829CN 2013 Collection 31512900 IN 20131129 1742

What does 31512900 under Location on China Post Airmail mean?
Where is my parcel now?
Is my parcel on its way?Or is it again a trick of the seller?

RB478069829CN was just received by China Post Ningbo office (branch code 31512900).it is on the way to India

But i suggest you do not buy from them.They are not much honest as I had to open disputs against them and only after that they gave me correct tracking number :( ) This was 2 months after I ordered

JUST DO NOT FORGET TO SHOP USING YOUR CREDIT CARD ONLY ON ALI EXPRESS
(your ultimate savior i case of fraud)

no matter what happens do not send back your goods to seller for exchange,they claim they did not get it in spite of getting it
