Hi there, :)
I shopped this UW501809172CN item on Jan 25, 2020 and the parcel has been sitting in Nanchan City since Feb 28.
I have made several queres to the seller via e-mail and chat, but the only answer I got so far is just 'please wait' (then no answer after 2nd inquiry).
Under current sitiation in APAC, I understand that some delay should be expected. However, over two months is way too long and I want to know if this is happening everywhere else now and therefore I should wait or even under current situation something should have gone wrong.

Does anyone have any idea ?

this kind of tracking number starting with U is called China Post ordinary small parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you for the very useful info !
So this parcel is not prioritized one anyway... I will wait and see.
Also, thank you for the note for 'buyers protection'. Since the seller has not responded to queries via e-mail and messanger/chat, I almost gaveup both my money and the parcel.

I will wait for another month and will file buyer protection to paypal for refund if still not received.

I believe you need file claim to PayPal now. You purchased in January, PayPal buyer protection should have been expired or is expiring soon.

Hi,

Thank you for further advice.

I checked Paypal web and buyers protection expires 180 days after purchase. As the seller does not seem to take any action, I filed refund claim to Paypal. (and found out that this claim goes to the seller, not paypal, right ? )

Hope this claim solve the matter. Other shops in Australia are working ok and I am receiving reply and other goods within reasonable time line.

if you file claim to paypal, the refund will go to buyer not seller. Paypal will charge the refund money from seller's paypal account. If seller's account has not money, then paypal will charge seller's binding credit card.
