I send a parcel from Poland to China. Tracking number RR719400361PL. There was an unsuccessful try of delivery. Who should ask for another try? Me or the one whom I send it? This is the return and I want to delivery it one more time

ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel from China Post Shenzhen office asap. otherwise the parcel will be returned.
