Hi
My tracking number is: RJ319426473CN
but about 8 days it's in same status (PVG). I had another orders too but they came earlier.
please help me about status and if it's possible update status for me.
when it arrives to me?

It's normal to stay at this status for a while, sometimes 2-4 weeks. Track now on your local post office website.

LN763577655CN should have problem in suzhou customs. if you can not get it by early april, you need to open dispute.
