Dear All,

I've placed an order on Choies.com on the 21st of October and I need to receive this parcel before this Friday, November 14. My tracking id is RI194397317CN and it has had the following update for the longest time:

2014-10-30 08:01, Send item abroad (EDI-received), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

since the 30th of October, as it is seen. Is there a customs problem? I really need this parcel. I am disappointed with chinapost. It will be past the required amount of time it takes to get to India. This is such a disappointment. I really need this dress before this Friday. Can I have some updated tracking information?

KOLKATA customs is very slow. you need some patient and wait another 2 to 4 weeks.
