Hi I'm not sure on why is my package stuck on "Export CustomsScans"?
It's been a while and there's still no update.

My tracking numbers are :
RI293250437CN and RI299330765CN

And also I have this package RJ338181915CN where it says it doesnt exist.
Already contacted the seller and he told me that he's going to check it everyday.

RI293250437CN and RI299330765CN status are ok. in some stage, status changing is slow, please keep waiting another 2 to 5 weeks, they should arrive then.

RJ338181915CN is invalid number, seller did not ship the goods yet. you can wait one more week and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, if still no result, you have to open dispute and claim refund.
