Hi There,

Can you help me understand the status of my parcel? It seems it has left Guangzho on the 17th of Nov but the Singapore Post tracking has no records of my parcel. Please help thanks.

"Departured " means the parcel was given to airlines. Not necessarily means the parcel has departed from China. Sometimes airlines will hold the parcel for 2 to 4 weeks until they find space.
