Hi! Please, anybody help me! The 13th of December my parents send me a parcel from KZ to Beijing(airmail) ,but i still haven't get it. What i have to do? Tracking Number CV140042196KZ.

CV140042196KZ arrived Beijing on Dec 24. Please call 11185 in Beijing and inquiry the detail location of the parcel.
